Who called from 3603104944

Called up but did not talk when answered the phone.

They call every couple of days & when I answer there is no one there.

They called and I answered.  They wanted to speak to the person of the  house responsible for the ComEd bill and Natural  gas,  they claim to lower your rate for the first 6 months.  Saw on our local news,  these are scam companies that will then raise your bill 300%.

This is a new number. Didn't have this one before. Thank you, Gina, for the heads-up.
