Got a call today from a lady who knew my name. She was very upfront and said she was from Vacation Internationale and did I remember entering a contest on tablets when entering the Clark County Fair. I claimed a migraine (true) and hung up. I did indeed enter a contest upon entering, everyone did, it seemed kind of official for the fair. It definitely wasn't a vacation contest though. Looking at the company online, they are located in my city and seem to be real. They may have bad reviews and use shady tactics, but that's the game with timeshares. In other words, I don't think it's a prank or fake, just annoying and worth blocking.
I have received two calls from this "unassigned" number this morning. I am unlisted, unpublished and on the do not call registry. Don't know where they got my unlisted number from, but they have not left a message yet.
