I have received numerous calls from 360-313-6995 it says its from Vancouver, Washington. They do not leave me messages and when I call the number back it tells me this is not a working number. Then I have received a call from the same number but this time it says on the caller ID its from Camas, Washington. How do we know when to answer our phones?
