Received a call at 8:18 am from 360-322-6041, I answered and was told I might be eligible for a reduced gas rate....blah, blah....Press 3 to be removed from list, press 5 to talk to an agent for qualification. I pressed 5 and was told I was caller number 9 on hold. I hung up. I don't qualify for anything. This is a SCAM, PHISHING.....I've received local calls with similar gimmicks. I called PG&E after receiving calls from 916-468-0622, and they said they are making calls BUT the number, 916-468-0622, displayed on my CALLER ID i IS NOT A NUMBER THEY ARE USING. I requested that PG&E remove my phone number from their call list.. I believe 916-468-0622 is originating from Rio Linda CA.

message.The phone company must be aware of the harrassment/scam use of their lines.
They are profitting from it,so not motivated to cut them off.

In short, it determines the hours when you’re most likely home, or not home. The operator of the system sells the results of the survey to telemarketers. That provides the telemarketers with the best times to call you when you'll answer your phone.
Utility rate reduction scam with illegal robo call. Have to wait for operator to answer. On DNC but these scumbags keep calling using different caller ids
