We are continually receiving robo calls from this number at our office on all of our lines. We are on the do not call registry and have also selected the remove us from your call registry with this number but continue to get calls. Your Healthplan is in the CID on our phone. If you call the number back it says press 1 to hear about healthplan information, but if you press that it asks if you are an administrator then will ask for a pin. If you press 2 it says it will remove your number from the call registry, but that never happens.
You do realize that business to business calls are exempt from the Do Not Call list? So if a business is calling your business it is not a violation. However, they are required to cease calling when you request them to. You may need to send a "cease and desist" letter to their main corporate office by Certified Mail - Return Receipt for proof of sending the letter. Afterwards you may be able to sue them. Check with your company's attorney for advice.
