Who called from 3603226132

I got two quick calls back to back. One-two rings and each time they hang up before i answer

smells funny, didn't answer....

When I answered, a pause then recording tells me they have a message about reducing my energy bill... They have called me 2-4x per day every day (daytime and nighttime) this past week. I only picked up once. Now to figure out how to block them...

Cant seem to get them to stop calling.  Unfortunately my phone and service do not allow the blocking of a single caller... This seriously sucks because the calls are getting annoying.

telemarketer.  5 calls in 3 days.  calling my cell. I am on a do not call list.
