I answered their call. Waited to talk to a live person. They tried offering me a reduced interest fee for my Visa cc (of which I do not have). They asked about the card beginning w/a "5" and the expiration date. Then they wanted to confirm they had the correct # on file so I'd get the reduced interest rate. Ha! I told them if I qualified, then they should already have the information on file and that I'm NOT giving out my card #. After the "supervisor" got on the line, he tried pulling me through the same loop. After I refused to give it again, he said something smart then hung up. I tried to find out where they were calling from but never got a straight answer.
A call from the phone number 360-322-6221 came up a little while ago on on my house phone. I thought it was someone else so I answered it. I signed up for the NO CALL list a long time ago. I am beginning to wonder if that even works. The call was from a recording. She said her name was Rachael and she was calling in regards to my credit card account. The name on the ID caller said Cust SVC. So I just hung up.
WE get a call from these people at lease once a day sometime three times a day. Now they are calling the cell phone. Don't the NO CALL list mean any thing to these people. They have been calling us for at least year and nothing you can say to them will or want STOP them from calling. What are we DO. May be a lawyer will help.
