The caller id 4253368054 is being used by one of our call center customers. CallerId4u is a telephone company and does not place any outbound calls or telemarketing calls. We will not request your personal or banking information nor do we telemarketing our own services to consumers.



Please provide us the phone number that is receiving the calls so we can send the request to our customer to permanently remove your number from their call list. Please be aware that this process usually takes about 24 to 72 hours. If you are still having problems after that time please notify us immediately. We have created case number 47667 in the event that you need to follow up.



Following is an explanation of who Callerid4u is, in order to help you understand our place in the call you received. To summarize, Callerid4u provides compliance services, such as Caller identifications (ID) and complaint resolution services and processes, to high volume call centers. Our services help our customers comply with the telemarketing regulations for which they are responsible. This is accomplished by identifying our customers’ calls with our number and providing multiple mechanisms by which consumers can remove themselves from a call list.  Please read below for a more detailed description.



1. What is Callerid4u?

Callerid4u is a telecom carrier that specializes in providing compliance services and processes to call centers.



2. What compliance services DOES Callerid4u provide?

A. Callerid4u provides caller IDs so that a call can be identified and a consumer an initiate a complaint process.

B. Callerid4u provides an automatic interactive voice response (IVR) system so that when consumers call that number back they can be removed from the call    

list.

C. Callerid4u provides additional complaint resolution processes, through online requests, email, fax or our customer service number.

i. We will immediately contact our customer with the consumer’s complaint and request that they are removed from the call list, if that is the consumer’s request.

ii. We will always provide customer contact information upon the presentation of a properly executed subpoena.

iii. We will make every effort and attempt to resolve the complaint.



3. What Callerid4u DOES NOT do:

A. Own or have any association with any telemarketer or call center, or has ever owned or had such an association, other than that of a vendor/customer relationship.

B. Make telemarketing calls of any type, ever.

C. Request personal, banking or credit card information, ever.

D. Allow its customers to dial through its network. Meaning we DO NOT make the call. We only provide the caller ID.

i. This means Callerid4u does not know who the customer called or when, if they are on a do-not-call list or not, nor do we have the ability to stop customers from continuing to call.

ii. This is why Callerid4u needs to know the number that is being called in order to help the consumer.

E. Know if consumers are or not on the Do-Not-Call list, because we do not call consumers and our customers do not dial through us.

F. Provide customer information without a properly executed subpoena.



Please keep in mind that our caller id and compliance services are mandated by the FCC and the FTC. As bothersome as they are, without our services you would not be able to identify calls and Initiate a complaint process.
