Folks - we have all 5 area codes in the state of Washington BLOCKED. So simple, so easy.
Approximately 2 years ago we bought a digi tone call blocker and the first numbers that went into it were all the area codes from Washington State. What a life saver!
These scammers change phone numbers all the time to fool call blockers but if you block the entire area code, they can't get through!
Our office phones do not ring (not even once) when a blocked call comes in and our office is not disturbed.
Please save your sanity and purchase a call blocking phone or device - preferably one that blocks entire area codes. They're inexpensive and they work.
I understand that each area code has the potential of 10,000,000 phone numbers! Amazing!
Currently, between our home and office numbers, we have nearly 95 area codes blocked along with several hundred phone numbers with area code.
Calls by business land line since it rolls to android 5 I have call control and it blocks area codes I have listed all the area codes but Texas & Oklahoma so it answers & hangs up & they can't leave a message. It logs the call & I never even knew they called except for the log sheet of rejected calls. Works very well on call control deluxe pkg. Cost about $8.
This is NOT Google my friend. This is "29prime". 29prime is only just ONE of the names they go by, and they have infinite phone numbers because they use "call spoofing".
They call you saying that they are an authorized "sub contractor" for Google, which they ARE NOT. What they want to do is to charge you for your ALREADY FREE Google listing.
NEVER push any button to be "removed from our list", and you should NEVER answer your phone if you don't know who it is. If someone needs to reach you, they will leave a message.
