Crooks claiming to work for Visa & Mastercard. Will not give out the address of their company, and after repeated requests, said the company name was "Web Members." Tom claimed that he was giving me a callback since I had a balance on my credit card and he would help me pay it off. When I asked what credit card that was, he hung up. I don't have any credit cards.
He said I sounded like a psychopath and a bomber since I wanted to know who he was. Yes, Tom's working this scam hard.
This company is the worst of the worst, the absolute bottom of the barrel. They use many names and phone numbers and none of their calls are legitimate.
I have been receiving calls from phone number 360-322-6714 several times a week. I got another one today and pressed 2 and told the guy that answered to never call me again and he hung up without a response. My caller ID shows v04091212040002 above this phone number. I know it's a Washington DC number and I want this to stop. I'm on all the "Do Not Call" lists but that isn't working because I have been told that some solicitor's are immune from that list and get phone numbers anyway. I am going to report this to my police department but do you have any ideas as to how to make them go away?
Just received a call from 360-322-6714. The caller ID showed "SENIOR SHIELD". It only rang 5 times not enough for the answering machine to pick it up. I came here to see what everyone was saying and so I BLOCKED THE NUMBER.
I love this call blocker. You can pick them up on online auctions and they are cheap. this one claims to be able to block 1,500 numbers. I have hundreds on it by now. Every time one of the blocked numbers calls it rings once on the old kitchen wall phone in the kitchen and then goes to a black hole somewhere.
Apparently we are never going to get any help from CONgress to take care of this problem.
Good luck and block those calls, but only after you check what everyone else is saying about the numbers. I blocked my HMO Doctor call because he didn't leave a message. Had to get out the manual to see how to unblock the number.

You're right, area code is always 360, then 322, but the last four numbers are different: 6663, 6737, 6714, 6708. I get them all. I don't understand why the phone companies can't stop them. Or do they make money off these scumbags so it wouldn't be beneficial to them? I was going to mention our State Reps but we all know they make money off everyone, including us!
