This number has been calling my cellphone multiple times a day on weekdays since July 25, 2014. The one time I answered, it was a blank response (an improperly programmed robo-dialer??). I called the number back, and got an automated voicemail system with no identifying data, other than something to the effect of: "in compliance with FCC telemarketing regulations, press 1 if you would like your number removed from our call list" (I skipped that part since it confirms a live person to a scammer). Other websites identify this number being located in Arlington or Marysville, WA, and the number is provided by INTERNATIONAL TELCOM, LTD.
