I have received several calls from this number. I never answered before, but they just keep on calling. Sometimes when CID says Wireless WA (or other state), it's a legitimate call. So, I finally answered. It's a lady from Whatcom County Democrats wanting to hustle votes for democratic candidates. Now that I know what it is, I blocked the number.
In WA, area code 360 has two different districts. One is an area in the northwest corner of the state and the other is in the southwest corner of the state. I have no idea why that ever happened, but it can be confusing to say the least! So, if you live in either area and you get a call from "360", you don't really know if it is a local call.
