this is my direct line, and I believe that Kevin was a rep. that worked for my company and had this line before.
I find it somewhat funny how the people who made the above comments do not dare give their name, or their company information. Most likely because they are a receptionist, and have no decision making authority.
I will continue to provide great service to my clients, and if you would like to enjoy the same great service, call me, you have my number.
The message said his name was Kevin from TCS and it was "about receivable & legal escalation". Just so you know, the reason he tries to talk to Accounting or CFO is likely because he is a salesman for a collection agency so he's trying to sell their services. Typically these are boilerplate type operations and credit managers don't like getting their spam calls either.
Caller asked for our CFO by name; said this was in reference to accounting. I offered voice mail and he wanted an email address. When I said I could not give him that, he said "I'll go elsewhere" and hung up.
Woah. REALLY rude. Refuses to answer questions. Asks for billing/accounting/accounts receivable and immediately starts asking for supervisors without giving any explanation. This is a definite scam and also the worst caller I have ever had to deal with as a customer service rep. DO NOT give this guy any personal information, even names. Do not help him, do not answer any questions. If you can get any information out of him report it to the FBI as a scam. You can do it here https://tips.fbi.gov/. This guy becomes very aggressive when you ask him any questions. Be careful. He will say whatever he needs to to get what he wants. He was very cryptic and unwilling to provide any information. Who knows what hes really up to.
