Who called from 3603281275

Caller ID said Silverdale, WA.  Answered.  It sounded like someone was there but no response.  I hung up after a minute or so.

They called and didn't say anything.... So I hung up

This number calls me all the time from Silverdale, but they never respond when I say hello. Sometimes I can hear them driving, sometimes people talking in the distance, and sometimes just breathing. It's creepy and I'll probably block the number next time.
