I got calls up the wazoo from 360-330-4221. I called her and left a message asking if she is from Bill Latuors office. She keeps on calling when I'm not home. I finally got a call on a Saturday and this lady is so unprofessional. When I called, she answered the phone by saying 'Law offices, this is Jennifer". Nothing else, just "law offices, this is Jennifer". Law offices of WHO,lady? She asked for my phone number and once I gave her that she said "This is in an attempt to collect a debt". Once I heard that, I went off the hook. I'm not working, not on any SSI and I don't qualify. I'm flat broke. She failed to let me know what creditior this was through. Then I told her that she needs to send me something in the mail and I asked her if she ever heard of the Fair Debt Practices Act. She didn't answer me. I started to yell and scream so more. I put the phone down and asked someone else in home to talk to her since I was in a rage. I walked away and would you believe, she didn't hand up the phone. I put the phone down to walk away from her and when I picked the phone back up, she was on the phone saying the same thing over and over "ma'am, we need to confirm your address". I gave her my address and yelled "now cease and desist and contacts by mail only, you need to follow the law and mail me something in the mail, you can't just call me whenever you please". Hopefully, she will get the message. But I'll call her little unprofessional *** back and I'll get her companies address and I mail in a cease and desist letter.
We received a strange call from a lady named Jennifer stating she had my social security number and that it was about a legal matter. However when we asked who she was she gave no other information about herself.
