Got a recorded call from this number claiming to be a notice from the IRS that they are suing me and to call the department number 360-335-3116 for information.

Automated caller claiming final notice from IRS to call back department number 360-335-3116 in regards to an apparent lawsuit they are filing against me.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

they report that they have sent a letter stating that i owe them money from years 2012-2013 even though i started doing taxes in year 2013

Also received a robo call today from 360-335-3116 claiming to be from the IRS and to call because they are filing a lawsuit.  This is a SCAM.  They provide no information and this is NOT an IRS number.  Just did a search on this number.  There are so many complaints about this caller on other websites.  Do NOT give any information, might be identify theft or worse.
