this is being used for the IRS phone scam. it is a scam. the IRS does not make phone calls.

Got a message on my answering machine 11/2/15 at 8:00 am MST.  It was a computerized voice that said that this is my final notice and the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  Don't owe any taxes.  It's a scam & I'm reporting it to www.TIGTA.gov

This call said it was a policeman.

I got one of these calls with recorded message saying IRS lawsuit against me.  The caller ID said the area code called from was 202 but the # left for me to "call back" was 360-335-3137.  Last year they used people with heavy accents.  They're changing tactics this year with their scams.
