I don't have callerID, but just received a message on my answering machine saying the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me.
IRS will not call you unless you contact them first. All their correspondence will be initiated by mail.

360 335 3234 caller id listed as "unavailable." Voice mail message said IRS is instituting a law suit against me. IRS does not make this kind of call or any call for that matter.
Caller left message on answering machine saying they are the IRS and are going to institute a law suit against me.
Just another scammer trying to scare people into giving out their personal information.
I also got a voice mail from this number that the IRS is filing a law suit against me. I called back and when they answered I angrily demanded to know who was on the other end. They hung up on me and wouldn't answer when I called back a second time.
