Who called from 3603409505

Got a phone call from Spot Talk at 3 p.m. (ontario, Canada) Left voice mail suggesting that we use 10-10 Long Distance code when calling long distance.  If used then our telephone bill (carrier) who show the call made as Spot Talk on the phone bill.

I myself just got a strange call from this following number 360-340-9505 and no talking at all; just dead air.

No message.  Has called numerous times.

I keep getting this same above recorded message about 'President Obama wants you to refinance ..."  UGGGHHH!!! so frustrating!  If you hit 1 to get a representative they just tell you to leave a message.  This number calls me like every single day on my cell phone!
