Glad I didn't answer…. looks like this is a pretty new list, but based on googling overall, they seem to be achieving a bad reputation quickly.

It is illegal for them to call with a recording.  If you get a call that is fully recorded, even if your number is not on the donotcall registry, YOU CAN REPORT THEM.  Go to www.donotcall.gov and fill out the FILE A COMPLAINT.  Ensure you have date, time, and number called.  I reported it today and will do so every time they call.  Which they do even after "press 2 to be removed from calling list."

Did not answer. Caller ID said SmallBizLoan. Could pretty much guess what that's about.

Calls and hangs up. Could be fishing for suckers???
