if you go to that URL, you are prompted to install a "missing GIMP photo viewer"...  that's where I stopped, 'cuz there's no need to install a 'viewer' to see basic images on the 'net.    
scam.  looks like they are trying to infect your computer with some nasty download.  
also- they had to really work to send me that text- my craigslist ad has several characters of my telephone number spelled out using words.
