Received a message from 360-342-2990 asking that I call same number immediately regarding account, called and was connected to a man with heavy Indian accent that claimed to be from the IRS, realized it was a scam and asked for his ID# which he refused. Should have just hung up, but he was threatening me with Jail, the cops would be at my door in 45 minutes, told I was a bad person for not paying my taxes etc...I asked him how he even sleeps at night and then he responded with disgusting, sexually explicit remarks, threatened me not to hang up - so of course I did. This type of call would be extremely unnerving for an older person. I hope they are able to put a stop to this scam!
I just received the same call. He stated I owed 09-14 taxes. He gave me his badge # IRN52172. What is funny is that I never gave him my name or anything about me.
