lady said she was IRS action aginst me

I got the same call too.

Early morning automated call stating I need to retain an attorney due to an action be filed against me. The caller did not identify itself nor use my name. The call came from 800-829-1040 and wanted me to call 360-347-1818.
In looking up these numbers numerous other people were receiving these calls.

Caller referred to Criminal Law suit I was involved on with case number CH76295. She, Avatar, asked me to call 360-347-1818. This is scarry.

I got the identical call as well. Same case number and asked me to call the same phone number.  1/8/16
