If uou want to solve any credit situations, do  yourself a favor and get a job doing desk work for congress cause your wasting  time chasing nothing. Everyday the same thing scammers trying to make money to pay   bills. Why don't ya'll  do us an favor and the monies your scamming from others put in a college fund or help the poor. Stop calling before you end up doing federal time. This is why the feds post information about this type of stuff and people a lot of times they are from out of the country, because there are books and websites on how to scam people.
