I keep getting harassing text messages from this number. I don't know whose number it is

I keep getting harassing calls too

She claims to be 39 year old Grace Summer from Kelso Wa. She sent a picture mail to my phone saying it was her but it was a picture of the actress Lecy Goranson.  peoplesearch.com reveals the only Grace Summer in WA to be 78 years old. This person has harassed me for 2 months and is obviously mentally disturbed.
