An incomplete recorded message was left that consisted of the last few numbers of the phone number that was on caller ID followed by "I repeat, that's 3603582739". The recording was in a woman's voice and very clear...no detectable accent. Didn't find out anything by googling the number so I called it back. A male voice answered in some language I could not understand. It sounded like an Oriental language. I hung up. There was a lot of background noise so I am assuming some sort of call center.
I received a phone call from a computerized female voice about an IRS lawsuit. The IRS would never make a call like that. They would send a certified letter.
IRS debt scam call. Left a voice message and I didn't even listen to the whole message once they stated that I owed the IRS money. IRS doesn't operate that way. Especially out of Shelton, WA.
