Cheers, for actually leaving a message vs. hanging up. Female voice claims that "IRS is filing a lawsuit against your name!" As long as it's against my name, and not against my money, we're fine...

I have reported this to the IRS.  they have a very easy procedure for reporting the fraudulent calls.  I just googled fraudulent calls and IRS and went into this site:

There is also a list of numbers that have already been reported. Maybe they can be stopped if we report them.

Robo message claiming I owe the IRS. Stupid. Caller ID said Olympia, WA

Robo messages claiming IRS from Legal department is filing a lawsuit against name. They never say who the person is they are filing this lawsuit and just says to call 360-359-7706. Caller ID says Olympia, WA. They have call from another number to. I know this nothing but a scam. Every since IRS was hacked I have been receiving these calls.

Female caller with a 1990's robotic synthesized voice, claims that "The IRS if filing a lawsuit against your name".  Called before 8 AM.
