Did you get it from an associated email for an FBI lottery scam?

I tried to call it, and only got a busy signal. I'm fowarding the email to my local FBI office, so they can have fun tracking this down.

I got this FBI letter about a lottery WIN. This number was supposed to be agent Bill Nicholson. This is an obvious scam.

I'm also tracking this number, who can tell me about it?
