I just got a call from the same, so called, company. I have been getting these threats for 6 years. They call and say I have 1 hour or until 11:30 the next day. A bunch of camel jockies! I told them I look forward to getting the warrent and seeing them in courth. I called the FBI and they took a report, but said nothing could be done because they change the numbers and can't be tracked. They have even used my local area code when calling. They use scare tactics and no attorney office is going to call and leave threats on someones phone. I have asked them to present proof and never received any. They called my work and asked to speak to HR so they could deduct from pay. I said sure and they hung up before I could give them the number. What a joke! I feel for those who fall pray to these jerks.
I got this call on August 4, 2014. They said a warrant would be issued at 11:00 if I didn't call back. I waited til midnight to call. Not even an answering. This firm needs help bad. I was going to send them an answering machine but they dont have an address.
I rec'd message like this via phone call as well as email, even though it went into my spam as junk. Upon further exploration, I have no warrants and reading everyone else's posts validate the fradulent claim I already assumed.

which will be processed today, August 15th, 2014 (Noon) for 'None Court Appearance' in pertaining to three

When I called the number the so called Attorney answered the phone said his name Mr. Johnson, when addressed as a representative of IC3 he hung up on me... Definitely a scare tactic to lure you into paying a fee of some sort to make these scammers rich. F.B.I. does not call or address normal individuals in this nature. I hope enough people complain the correct way to stop this kind of Financial Terrorism.
