I also got an automated call saying there was a warrent for me because of a case by the IRS. I think they forgot the IRS is locatd in Washington DC, not Washington state.
I received a call and a message was left on my voice mail regarding my arrest if I do not return their call. I called and some man answered told me he was with the UNITED STATES IRS...He wanted my name, social security number so he can look me up. I told him, if he had an account on me, then when I returned his call, my number should link him to my account. So he repeated himself, saying he can bring it up with my social security number. I then told him, that I would call the IRS local office here. He proceeded to tell me that HE is the United States IRS and all he needs is my social security number. I told him, I don't care if you are the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, I will not give you any info, I will contact the local office here and give them your call back number. He hung up! Idiots....
