Do NOT give your credit card to people over the phone of course. There are a lot of SCAM calls out there, so the best thing to do is NOT to answer if you don't know who is calling.
Got a call twice tonight - just now in fact. Voice mail message states: "Hi, I am conducting a very brief survey about the Republican Presidential Primary". Then hangs up.
