Received over 30 calls in three days which I stopped answering after the first day. The first dozen calls the caller was trying to verify personal information and claimed they were responding to an application for a payday loan. I made no such applications for payday loans. I asked repeatedly for my name to be removed from the list and it was not. My phone number is unlisted and I am in the do not call database. This is a scam. Please beware of these people. If anyone knows how to stop these calls I would appreciate any information.
Unfortunately, there is no way of stopping these calls. Once they get a hold of your number, they'll call relentlessly until you answer and give them what they want. Being on the Do Not Call list has no bearing on these types of calls because they are not legitimate. All you can do is ignore the calls, and sooner or later (and it may take weeks), they will stop.
Received call from 360-390-5095 along with 17 other numbers in just a few hours. All scam...do not exist.... Not a valid number if you call them back. I'm on do not call and unlisted number and have made complaints to Federal Trade Commission.... Yet they still call and get thru. Just ignore.....its all scam calls.
