Who called from 3603939027

Called me at 9PM. I called the number the following day and got a verizon message saying the number was changed or no longer in service. SCAM

Called me twice on 4/7/16 (someone named Nancy), some story about free grant money (LOL SCAM) and that I needed to pay $3.80 initial account fee (SCAM) to set up account (sure give my credit card so you can drain). Claimed to be U.S. Financial Resources not sure how true this is but felt like a SCAM. Also using a really bad fake accent. Had a little fun with this one.

Keep getting calls from this number.. "I"m calling about your government grant"-- The number varies; I would suggest blocking the number.
