Calls all of the time.  No idea who it is.

Called September 21st.  I didn't answer; they left no message.  Caller ID just said "Washington."  I doubt George could be calling from the grave.

Half a dozen calls from this number this afternoon.  Phone company says, " this number not in service".  Go figure!
