Who called from 3604193845

I got a suspicious call asking about my neighbor, I asked how they got my number and they hung up.
A female caller

Odd call from this number and then I call back only to have someone answer and hang up.

Ok, so I kept calling and calling this number and it is:

S B & C, Skagit Bonded Collectors LLC
1520 E College Way
Mount Vernon, WA98273-5615

They were asking about a family member of mine who had died.  They called my cell phone several times and didn't leave a message.  Very unproffessional, but I guess that is what happens with collection companies.
