Who called from 3604209720

Called 11pm, when I answered, hung up.

I called the number back, went straight to a "mailbox not set up" message.

Called at 11:42 pm, when I answered, hung up. Caller id said Wireless Caller - rude person w/o the decency to apologize for waking us up at that hour.

Yep, me too.  They called at 11:05pm.  Didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see caller ID and answered.  No response.  Now that the election is over, it's unexpected to get an unidentified call from within my area code.

And...
I did some research and found out this call originated in Mt. Vernon WA, but I couldn't find out the name.
