Incredible the audacity these phone scammers have these days, calling the wrong number (claiming to need to speak with the head of the household or (homeowner) providing false mortgage balance information and requesting information that is not reputable. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PROVIDE THIS CALLER WITH ANY INFORMATION. I confronted the terrible English speaking gentleman on the line, told him that I know he's a phone scammer and that the information he provided isn't reputable nor accurate. And that in any given circumstance they can be sued and prosecuted for illegally obtaining information from other companies "do not call list". The gentleman instantly became fearful and proceeded to try and hang up as quickly as possible to avoid any risk to his job or opportunity to scam unknowledged people. Hopefully this review helps someone in the future!
