Who called from 3604470875

when you pick up they hang up.  If you don't answer they don't leave a message.

file a complaint with the FCC.  others should do the same.

Same here.

Called, I picked up, no sounds, no recordings. Called again in 10 min, I did not picked up, left no messages.

I was called by 360-477-0875 which is from Washington and I am in Minnesota and do not have connections there. When I answered there was complete silence.
