Getting slot of calls from them

I've received two calls today but no one said anything when I answered

I've received 3-4 calls daily from this number.  I text them back, but no one answers!

I call this number back and it doesn't even go through, once it said "the vorizon number you are calling is disconnected or no longer in service"

Calls and then when you call back its a verizon message saying its been disconnected or not in service
