I'm sure KW is doing cold calls to see if they can snap up old houses at a discount and then raze them to the ground, which seems to be the trend now. I get the "spray and pray" mail pieces, so now I get the phone calls. Could they POSSIBLY do a check first to see which addresses are multi-family residential? I'm pretty sure the property management company would be upset if I tried to sell my building.
