Just called, didn't answer, no voicemail. People report it being a survey that offers a cruise AND a call from Neut Gingrich's campaign asking for money. Guessing it's just a new mass scam that's been launched, and is failing horribly.
Got this call, I was bored at work so I picked up. It starts off with a loud and obnoxious boat horn, said it was my captain and that is when I hung up :)
