Who called from 3604601821

Just like everyone else, just saw a missed call on my cell phone from about 45 minutes ago, no message left, calling the number just rings once and goes to a busy signal.

I just received a call from numbers 360-460-1821 and no one left a message and when I did call it back, it has a busy signal. This is not the first time either.

I am in Georgia

Are we all Steam users? They recently had a server breached and an unknown amount of information stolen, they could have nabbed phone numbers.

Just got one here in MI (12:40pm 11/18/2011). Annoying. No message left.
