I get calls everyday from this # or other #'s with the the last 4 digits different. It's a Washington number and if you do answer it, it's usually some BS about winning a cruise or a trip. If you answer you'll hear a booooooomp like a cruise ship and hear some tropical music. Don't bother answering any calls from 360-460 unless it's someone you personally know. It's a voice activated call as well and that would be the reason why no one is getting messages or voicemails from these #'s. Just keep on not answering them.
