Your phone may be brand new, but your phone number likely isn't -- it probably belonged to someone else fairly recently. Of course, if numbers are being dialed randomly, none of this matters...
I don't think it's about having signed up for anything. I got a call on this on a cell phone that never receives phone calls (I use it for SMS and e-mail only). So, they just are probably dialing every possible number.
I dont know who these [***] heads are but I am very tired of them calling my cell phone. When I answer they hang up. They have called several times and the number is 360-460-1952. When you call back it is busy. Pissed off.
Just got a call from this number. It's telemarketers. Since I keep my number updated in the national and state do not call lists, these calls rarely happen to me. When they do, I file a complaint.
