This is probably the 3 rd time I have been called from a # similar to this one and I wont answer it when I have no clue who it is.

Just plain weird.  This number was calling my daughter's phone so we looked it up.  When I tried calling it from my phone, there was no answer.  An hour later it called me back (on my phone) and then whoever it was hung up on me!  Shady.

And now when I call it, there is a fast busy.  I think it's a spoofed number.

Found them! Answernet out of port Angeles, wa. 8777246930 give them a call for me please, lots of calls. If you are very persistant they will finally transfer you to someone with a brain who can get your number off of their list.
