Who called from 3604603013

I got a prerecorded message from this number on my cell phone.  It started off with any annoying horn blast then proceeded to offer me a free cruise ticket.  I hung up.  I have reported this to the FCC.

they called me too, i dont understand tho because i live in flordia and the number is from washington ?

yup, I received a call that I did not recognize...I did not answer.  Looked it up on this site and sure enough it appears to be a scam.  Glad I did not answer.
