Got a message on my cell phone

I entered the number (360-460-3786) into my phone under the name Junk. Then I assigned it the ring tone "none".

Problem solved. They might call, but it won't interrupt me.

I heard that this was a fake survey company offering fake cruise rewards at this web site: http://surveycruise.com/default.aspx 

But then I searched the telephone number using Duck Duck Go and came up with the following listing on this web site:http://www.peninsuladailynews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2010304139989

The peninsula news lists that number for this event:

Sounds wrong. Rings my cell a lot but I never answer when I realize it's a Washington State area code.

I am tired of this number calling me not leaving messages or identifying themselves, please can somebosy identify these idoits form thanks

Yeah, I'm on Straight Talk (ATT MVNO). Every time I get one of these calls I do this:

* I add it to a 'Do Not Answer' contact

* This contact has a very special ringtone: 3 seconds of silence.
