This is an irritating attempt to get you to do a survey in order to get "two free cruise passes".  When I call the number back it just cuts off.  This call is to my cell phone and uses MY MINUTES.

aFirewall....the best call blocker out there for android....and it's free.  Just blacklist the number and you'll never have to worry about it again :)

Called left me no message when I called back it said this number is no longer in service or has been changed... Really in like 10 minutes time? Annoying

I live in Seattle and this number is from Port Angeles or Kitsap County WA.
It must be a spam.

Don't know who they are but they need to quit calling. If it is a cruise line , call some one else. I have no arms or legs and I sure don't want a cruise. Arms and legs maybe.No cruise. How am I going to swim with no arms or legs? I guess I could just bob up and down like a bouy until I get rescued or ate by a shark. But they like arms and legs!
