Thankfully I know no one in area code 360, so I just ignore these incoming calls.

i get calls regularly and so does wife. do not call it back or it you are verifying to them that the phone is active and you will talk to them in some manner, so, they resell your number to a real cruise line or some such entity. never respond to email spam, nor phone spam - you are just telling them that you are alive and answering and somewhat willing to talk.
