Three calls from them this morning, same as described above. First woke me up and I didn't answer. Second I was away from the phone, again no message. Tried calling back and got the busy signal. Third I picked up, heard the horn blow and recording start, then I hung up. Extremely annoying. I'm also on do-not-call list and have even managed to avoid almost all political calls... yet somehow stuck with these idiots.
